FALL RIVER — Three homes in Westport sold for more than $1 million each in the same week earlier this month.
A 3,000-square-foot-home atop a dune at Westport Point, a 3,100-square-foot-home with waterfront access at Foggy Bottom, and a Main Road home built in 1930 sold for $1.1 million, $1.3 million and $1.4 million, respectively, between Aug. 2 and 6, according to data provided by The Warren Group.
In Fall River, a group of five apartment complexes scattered through the city changed ownership — bought by Fall River Plate 1 LLC from Sandcastle Management LLC — for $2.4 million.
